Why Adapt?
 

Tiger Outsource has the expertise, experience and infrastructure to provide outsourcing staff for your immediate needs. We can provide professionals with the skills and experience needed to meet your company's goals.

Your dedicated employee will have:

  1. A local US number with any area code you specify
  2. A local US number with unlimited outbound and inbound calls
  3. A Windows XP, Vista or Macintosh with necessary software
  4. A fast Internet connect @ T1 speeds or higher
  5. This employee will be partially managed by the Tiger Outsource Team manager. Initially this employee will receive guidance from the Team Manager regarding remote communications, the Adapt phone system and US business practices.
  6. The ability to monitor your employees via the web using our in house video camera system (optional)

How we are organized:
We have a three layered structure to ensure the maximum productivity from your employee/s. This starts with the Account Manager who works with you directly to place the proper candidate. The Account Manager has the ability to hire or terminate whoever is placed. The next layer is the Team Manager (TM). The TM oversees your employee on a daily basis. If there are technical or communication issues, the TM will step into address them. The TM also has some expertise in the field that your employee/s is working in. Each employee reports directly to you and the Team Manager.

How we get the best talent:
We have a candidate pool that numbers in the thousands. We cull through resumes to get the very best of the best. The sheer quantity of applicants ensures the finest talent is available. We only review candidates with college degrees that have graduated in the top half of their class. After analyzing your job description and discuss the requirements, we submit five resumes to you. Based on your interviews with the different candidates, a decision is made.

How we leverage technology:
Each employee works in an environment highly conducive to productivity. They have the equipment to support their job function, including a workstation, webcam, phone, fax and printer.

Only Dell desktops with 20 inch flat screens and a webcam are used. A Macintosh can provide that for an additional charge. For phones, we utilize three different VOIP providers. This allows for unlimited outbound and inbound calls. Your employee/s phone will use the area code you specify.

Our dedicated IT administrators ensure that all equipment is smoothly functioning. They are available 24/7 to address any issues that might crop up.

How we leverage snail mail services:
We understand that some job functions require physical documents. These can be sent to our location by the box or package using one of our recommended providers. Sending a standard office box of documents costs approx. $60. There are also overnight and two days services for smaller packages via FedEx or UPS.

Document storage:
We have a special space dedicated to secure document storage. This area is monitored by video system and climate controlled. Your employee will have pass key access to your files during normal business hours.
