We’ve been a raving fan of the book Raving Fans by
Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles since we read it last year.
It's a parable about a new manager that is told that if
his customers are merely satisfied, he's failed. Modern
"customer service" is so bad everywhere that people
settle for sub-standard service, and that is unacceptable.
A truly happy customer is going to be a raving fan, someone
who tells you, your boss, and their friends about you because
they're excited about the service they've received. As network
consultants, this is what we strive for. We don't wish for
you to be just content with your I.T. infrastructure. We
want you to be excited about your I.T infrastructure.
In this day and age, the technologies available should
enable you to significantly enhance your productivity, eliminate
repetitive and tedious tasks and untie yourself from the
office. All this gives you more time to do things you enjoy.
And when you
experience that you become a raving fan.
