When does my employee start work?
After you submit your job request, it generally takes one
to three weeks before your position is filled and the employee
is set up. If the position is of some complexity, it may
take longer.
Do I get to choose my employee?
Yes you do. Adapt BPO allows you to choose your employee.
You submit a job description to us. We refer you to five
candidates that match your requirements. We will interview
these candidates together. You make the final decision.
If you like, we can choose this candidate for you or make
a recommendation.
When does my employee take holidays?
Your employee adheres to the U.S. holiday schedule. This
includes Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and
Independence Day. Additionally they get two weeks vacation
or they may adhere to your in house vacation policy.
What if I need my employee to work overtime?
Your employee is available to work overtime. This will be
charged at an hourly rate ranging from $5 to $12 per hour.
Can I choose when my employeefs work?
Your employee works on a U.S. schedule. However you can
choose their start and ending time.
Where does my employeefs actually work?
Our outsourcing facility is in the city of Makati. Makati
is located in metro Manila, Philippines.
What if my employee calls in sick?
Regrettably this occurs with all staff, domestic or international.
You will need to employ the same protocol you use for your
in house staff.
How do I keep track of my employeefs time?
We have an electronic time clock that you can monitor.
What if I want to cancel my service?
Our labor contract is eat willf. You may terminate at any
time after the first two months.
Can I change or terminate my employee and get a
new one?
Yes you have full discretion to decide on whomever you like.
We understand that we may place the wrong candidate. We
will supply a short list of new candidates to choose from.
Can I hire a group of employees with a team manager?
Yes many of our clients have independent operating groups
comprising two to fifty employees. However a Level 2 or
Level 3 employee will be needed to manage larger groups.
What if I want to do a project rather than a get
a full time staff?
We generally do not work on a eprojectf basis. However you
employees can take on whatever projects you like.
Is my employee/s working just for me?
Yes your employee/s works just for you.
What about confidentiality?
Our contract has a confidentiality clause. Additionally
Adapt BPO and your designated employee/s can sign any contracts
stipulating confidentiality or privacy.
How do I monitor my employee?
We use various software packages that allow you to view
your employeefs activity.
How do I pay for your services?
We require payment at beginning of the month. You may pay
via credit card, check or COD.
How do I know if my employee is productive?
We have monitoring tools that allow you see what your employee
does each day. Additionally there is a Team Manager that
will facilitate communication and management of your employee/s.
However the buck stop with you. It is important provide
tasks and goals to your employee.
Can I route calls to my employee?
Yes your employee has your local number and T1 speed Internet
connection.
Can my employee say he is working domestically
in my office?
Yes you can instruct your employee to tell people that he
is working in your office.
Can our employee speak English?
Yes we only hire employees that speak fluent English. There
will be a slight accent though. We work in house to neutralize
their accent.
Can I come visit your office in California or abroad?
By all means, we would like you to come visit us domestically
or abroad. In the event that you do visit abroad, we can
recommend a travel agent for flight and hotel bookings.
Additionally your employee/s will available as regular full
time staff would be.
Can I give my employee pay raises or bonuses?
Yes we can modify the standard rates billed and charged.
Additionally your employee may also scale up our designated
levels.
Can I hire my employee directly after the annual
contract is up?
Yes you can hire them directly. They are free to do whatever
they like when the contract lapses. If you decide that you
would like to sponsor them with an H-1 to travel to the
US, we will even recommend an immigration attorney.
